2019 Call for Candidates
A Call for BCA Board Candidates – 2019 Election
The 2019 Election will transition the BCA Board from Declarant control to resident control. After this election, the Board will consist of 5 Resident Directors and 2 Declarant Directors. This transition is a significant event in the history of a community.
The Brambleton Community Association is seeking candidates for three seats on its Board of Directors that will be filled in this fall’s election. Residents who have served on an Association committee or other board position or have an interest in serving the community typically make great candidates for a HOA board position.
The commitment is for a three-year term. The Board regularly meets every even month beginning at 8:15 AM, with possible additional meetings to handle special Association business. The time and frequency of these meetings may change with the new Board. Meetings typically last approximately 2 hours.
Specific requirements and duties for Board Members can be found in the Association’s governing documents available at www.brambletonhoa.com/governingdocuments.
Nominating petitions are located in the Related Documents section on this page.
If you have an interest in running for the position or questions pertaining to the position, please contact General Manager, Rick Stone: email@example.com.
