First, we will cover the basics regarding nutrition, finding the right proportion of our macronutrients, carbohydrates, proteins and fats and what that looks like for children and parents alike. How do we find a meal plan that works for each individual that is easy and accessible?
There is no one-size-fits-all diet. In this workshop we will also discuss how to discover what foods work for your unique body type and how to navigate food choices that support you! Utilizing readily available ingredients, let's get our creative juices flowing. These no-bake recipes are crowd favorites and don't only satisfy little appetites but can also be packed on-the-go for the office or a long road trip.
