BCA Appointments & Office Hours
The BCA Management Office’s walk-in hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During this time, our staff is available to assist you with walk-in inquiries and general support.
To better accommodate specific needs of our residents and provide personalized consultations, we have introduced BCA Appointments. Appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Scheduling an appointment will ensure that you receive dedicated and prompt assistance from the correct staff member. Appointments are necessary for:
- Design review consultations
- Clubhouse rental consultations and tours
- Notary services
- In-person pool pass registrations
- New resident orientations
We encourage you to take advantage of BCA Appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience when visiting our office or scheduling virtual meetings. Appointments can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.
