Activities Ad-hoc Committees

Overview


The primary responsibility of each of the Activities Ad-Hoc Committees is to advise the Board of Directors, in a reasonable and productive manner, on issues pertaining to planning, organizing, and hosting community activities.  These committees serve at the pleasure of the board.

Each Ad-Hoc Committee will focus on one event in the community such as Brew Fest, Red White & Bram, or Bunny Trail.  Each committee will have a Committee Chair who will be the main contact between BCA staff and the committee volunteers. You can be on more than one Ad-Hoc Committee. 

These Committees will meet as necessary and meetings can be held in person or through email and/or phone.  Meetings are held at either the Brambleton Management Office located within the Town Center or at the home of a resident. There is an open forum period at each meeting for residents to address the committee and all meetings are open to Brambleton residents to attend.  For more info on the activities committee or for the location, date and time of the next meeting, please email us.
