Grounds & Facilities Committees


The Grounds and Facilities Committee primary responsibility is to advise the Board of Directors on issues related rules, policies, maintenance, upkeep, and the use of the common grounds and facilities. 
Grounds & Facilities Committee Finalizes Recommendations on New Amenities

The Developer has asked the Association to provide a recommendation on their preferences for the location of 2 proffered tennis courts and 4 proffered multipurpose courts. The G&F Committee has spent the last 3 months developing their recommendation so that the possible future amenities will positively impact the entire community. Their recommendation will go before the BCA Board at their February 10th meeting to be considered as the recommendation to the Developer. Residents with input on the final recommendation can submit that to the Association via email or attend the Resident Forum (time specific at 8:15 AM) portion of the February 10th Board meeting which will be held at the Brambleton Community Center located at 42645 Regal Wood Drive. All email submissions received before 5:00 PM on Monday, February 9th will be forwarded to the BCA Board at their Tuesday meeting.
