Brambleton's 11th Annual Campout
September 22nd-23rd, 2018
This is a fun and relaxing event that we have grown to love. Registration includes your campsite, 6 activity wristbands, moonbounce, games, activities, one s'mores kit per person, two s'mores wooden dowels, movie entrance, and one bundle of firewood (approximately 6 pieces).
Participants will need to check in to receive their tent tag. At check in you will receive your wristbands, ticket for one bundle of firewood, and s'mores kits.
2:00pm - 4:00pm - Check in near the tennis courts
(S'mores kits, writstbands, tent tags, and firewood tickets will be given at this time)
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Moonbounce/Games
7:00 pm - Fire Pits
8:00 pm - Movie
Note - Breakfast is NOT included in your camp ground fee.
The Eat Loco Marketplace will be open and will have some fresh foods available for purchase.
10:00 am - Campout Ends
FEE: $15 per tent (up to six people). Residents must provide their own tents. $5 non-camping participation wristband* *This will allow you to participate in the afternoon activities to include moonbounce, pickleball, movie, and s'mores.

No ground fires. Fire pits allowed.
This is not an ABC Permitted event.
Generators are not permitted.
Pets allowed but must remain on leash and under control of owner at all times.
Please remove all trash from your campsite and place in trash toters.
Please be respectful of noise in the late night hours.
Brambleton Community Association (BCA), its developers, officers, directors, management personnel, employees and volunteers, regularly photograph and videotape events and activities throughout the community and at community amenities and facilities. BCA use of such photographs, videotape or recordings (materials) in any publication, website, program, presentation or other media, now or in the future, for the purpose of community affairs, education, public relations, marketing of Brambleton subdivision (including on-line and social media marketing), community association communications, or other stories, presentations or articles that will be read, seen and/or heard by the Association’s membership and/or by the general public.
