- Holiday Hours: The BCA Management Office will close Monday, December 23rd at 3 PM and remain closed through Wednesday, December 25th. The office will reopen on Thursday, December 26th at 9 AM.
- New Year’s Hours: The BCA Management Office will close on Tuesday, December 31st at 1 PM and remain closed through Wednesday, January 1st. The office will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd at 9 AM.
- Friday Flash: BCA will not send a Friday Flash message on Friday, December 27th. The Friday Flash will resume on Friday, January 3rd.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday, January 7th and Tuesday, January 14th. Trees in excess of 8 feet are to be cut in half, and all lights and decorations are to be removed before placing trees curbside. COMMUNITY STANDARDSPet Nuisance -
Our office has recently received an increase in reports of dog barking disturbances. As stated in Brambleton’s Policy Resolution # 7
, the following shall be grounds for complaint and finding of a community nuisance:
- Pets making or causing noises of sufficient volume to interfere with other residents' rest or peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Please be mindful of your neighbors and do not allow your pet to bark for an extended period. Residents are welcome to submit a barking dog complaint on the Loudoun County website

to report general animal related complaints, including feces removal, to Loudoun County. In addition, Loudoun County Animal Control can be reached at 703-777-0406. For emergency complaints after hours, please contact the Sheriff’s Department at 703-777-1021.Seeking New Covenants Committee Member - BCA is currently seeking a new Covenants Committee member to fill one vacant position on the committee. If you are interested, or know someone who is, please plan to attend and observe the next meeting on Tuesday, January 13th. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a sobriety checkpoint tonight, December 20th, beginning shortly after 10 PM. Members of the LCSO Auxiliary Unit and volunteers from the Loudoun Chapter of MADD will assist with the checkpoint.Help Fight the Spotted Lanternfly: Check Your Christmas Trees -
If you purchased a Christmas tree that was not grown in Loudoun County, officials ask that you examine the tree to look for egg masses of the spotted lanternfly, an invasive insect that can affect agricultural and ornamental plants. If you find egg masses on your tree, please take a photo and send it to County officials through the online form here
