COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Holiday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday decorations has come and gone. Holiday decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. More information about holiday decorations and lighting can be found here. Inspections for remaining holiday decorations will commence at the beginning of February. Please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org with any questions.

Properly Securing your Trash and Recyclables - Gusting winds this winter have led to an increase in litter. Please make sure your trash and recyclables are secure in their prospective bins to keep them from blowing down the street. BCA continues to proactively monitor and inspect for proper placement of trash and recycling bins with the goal of reducing the amount of litter that ends up around the community. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Community Standards team at communitystandards@brambleton.org or 703-542-6263.

Do You Own a Portable Basketball Hoop? - Recent inspections have noted that several basketball hoop bases are being weighted down with improper material and are not being stored in the proper location. Please review the guidelines for placement and stabilization. Please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org with any questions.
