Quantities are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address. We are unable to honor requests for holds. Contact hoa@brambleton.org with any questions.

Verizon Fios Update - Verizon reports that all Brambleton homes with the proper ONT and wiring equipment installed have received the upgraded Fios bulk agreement services and discounts. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Holiday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday decorations has come and gone. Holiday decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. More information about holiday decorations and lighting can be found here. Inspections for remaining holiday decorations will commence at the beginning of February. Please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org with any questions.

Mulching Must-Knows - Please remember that only black and brown colored mulch is permitted in landscape beds within Brambleton. Red or brightly colored mulch and rubber mulch products are not permitted. Plan ahead by reviewing BCA’s landscaping guidelines here. Please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org with any questions.

Tree Care Reminders - Residents are reminded that they are responsible for maintaining trees and bushes on their property. These responsibilities include:
  • Trimming/pruning trees to a minimum of 8 feet above the sidewalk to allow for free, unobstructed passage on the sidewalk;
  • Maintaining all trees and landscaping within the scale of the property; and
  • Removing tree stakes which have been in place for more than one year;
  • Removing dead plant material promptly and planning for required replacements.
When to prune trees depends largely on the intended result. Light pruning and the removal of dead wood can be done anytime. Pruning during the winter is the most common practice, resulting in a vigorous burst of new growth in the spring. It is recommended to wait to prune until the coldest part of winter has passed. If you have questions, please contact the Community Standards team at 703-542-6263 or communitystandards@brambleton.org.
