Development Activity Update – Brambleton’s developer continues to perform bond release activity throughout the community. Work may include asphalt repair; concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon. In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 4/11/16, bond release activity may occur in the following sections:

Blasting in Brambleton – As a developing community, construction activities are occurring throughout Brambleton on a daily basis. You may have heard, or felt, the recent blasting activity in and around the areas under active construction. The Developer advises all residents that the blasting can be expected on grounds that have been recently cleared for the start of construction activities. Crews typically prepare the site for blast in the morning or early afternoon hours and will typically perform the blast mid-afternoon. Prior to each blast, two warning horns will sound and then a single horn will sound as an "all clear" after the blasting.
Toll Brothers to Host Second Outreach Meeting RE: New Belmont Ridge Neighborhood – Tuesday, April 19th, 7:00 PM at Brambleton Community Center. Toll Brothers would like to invite Brambleton homeowners to preview the plans for the 6.95-acre Addison/McDonald property assemblage located at 23353 and 23397 Belmont Ridge Road (between the intersections of Fresh Rain Square and Franklin Benjamin Terrace). This new neighborhood will consist of 43 new luxury townhomes with over 40 percent of the property maintained as open space. The layout will include over 11,000 square feet of active recreation space featuring a tot lot as well as a central community green. Renderings and layouts of this neighborhood will be available for viewing at the meeting. Design Review Meeting Scheduled for April 11th
RRHS Drama Presents “Disney’s The Little Mermaid” - Bring the family out for this beloved classic. Performances will be held over the next 3 weeks. Click here for show times and ticket prices. Dive with us under the sea for a sneak peek of their recent dress rehearsal, and prepare to be impressed! Approximately 125 students from all art disciplines are participating in this production. That's roughly 10% of Rock Ridge High School's population. A Full Live Pit Orchestra conducted by Mrs. Dickenson will accompany the production.

Save the Date: Beaverdam Creek Reservoir Clean Up – April 24th. Girl Scout Troop 3475 is excited to host an Earth Day Clean Up of the Beaverdam Creek Reservoir. They are looking for your help to remove unwanted debris from the trails and shoreline. This event will take place on Sunday, April 24th from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Come for an hour or two; or stay the entire time. More information coming on this great event.
