COVENANTS

There’s Still Grass to Mow!Weekend Gardener advises that mowing is the single most important thing to manage the vigor of grass and its ability to compete against weeds. In the fall, the best results are obtained by mowing at the highest setting. To help insulate the grass during the winter, mow to a height of 1.5 in (3.75cm) or higher. All turf areas on a Lot must be kept neatly mowed, trimmed and edged to a consistent height. Turf may not be permitted to exceed six (6) inches in height at any time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Covenants Team at covenants@brambleton.org or 703-542-6263.
