INSIDE BCA  

A Great Big Thank You!  - Thanks to everyone for participating in spreading holiday cheer this year.  From Pictures with Santa, the Salvation Army Angel Tree, Cards for Soldiers, Blankets for Inova Children’s Hospital, the Santa Run, and in so many other ways throughout the year, the generous and giving spirit of Brambleton’s residents is inspiring! Brambleton Community Association’s Board of Directors and Staff wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday season!

Holiday Office Closures - The BCA Management Office will be closed from Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th for Christmas.  The office will reopen at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, December 27th.

Trash/Recycling Services - Regular trash/recycling service will not be impacted by the upcoming holidays. Please note that 2016 yard debris pick-up service ends on December 31st. Christmas tree recycling service is scheduled for January 3rd and 10th. 


Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Unless otherwise specified, work may include asphalt repair, concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon. In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 12/26/16, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Donations Needed for Syrian Refugees - Twenty families will relocate to the area this winter and will arrive with nothing. If you would like to donate items, contact elizabethmelcher@gmail.com for details.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for January 9, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on January 9, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM January 9th or
  • Via email to designreview@brambleton.org up to 5:00 PM January 9, 2017 (please include your property address in the subject line) or
  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

Bella Ballerina - Nutcracker themed, one-day dance camps will be offered during holiday break.  These are perfect for Sugarplum fairies between the ages of 3 - 9 and run from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for $32.

Sport&Health Club is Now Onelife Fitness - You’ll continue to see the same friendly team members in group fitness, training, the front desk, Kidz Klub, and throughout the club. Please email jhall@sportandhealth for more information.

Welcome Center & Builder Holiday Hours - The Welcome Center will be closed from 4:00 PM on December 24th through Tuesday, December 27th.  Please click here for a complete list of all of our holiday hours.

Road Work to Cause Lane Closures - Revisions are being implemented to assist motorists with lane selection when approaching the intersection at northbound Belmont Ridge Road. Learn more here
