COVENANTS

What to Know Before Piloting a Drone - BCA requires residents to comply with all applicable laws and suggests consideration for courtesy while flying a drone. As drones become more popular, the Federal Aviation Administration has established policy on how and when to operate them.  More information here. Contact the non-emergency Sheriff’s number at 703-777-1021 for urgent concerns or covenants@brambleton.org with additional questions.

Vehicle Parking in Brambleton  - Vehicles must comply with legal requirements and the Association’s governing documents. Staff has noted vehicles parked in violation of these requirements.  Specifically, several vehicles have been cited for expired tags, improper storage, parking in a fire lane, and/or have been identified as junk or derelict. BCA Staff takes enforcement actions as outlined in BCA’s Vehicle Policy Resolution. For violations of state or county parking requirements, the Association defers enforcement to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.  Please email covenants@brambleton.org with questions.
