Christmas Tree Recycling - The final Christmas tree recycling pick-up is scheduled for January 10th. Trees in excess of 8 feet should be cut in half, and all lights and decorations should be removed before placing trees curbside.  Trees placed curbside after January 10th will be picked up on regular trash collection days.

Please Join Us for Our 1st Quarterly "Welcome to Brambleton & BCA 101" Open House" - Drop by the Brambleton Welcome Center any time from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 26th, to meet members of the BCA team and to receive an overview of the Association's activities, operations, and services.

BCA to Host LCSO Burglary Prevention Class - January 25th, 7:00 PM at Brambleton Community Center.  An officer with the Loudoun Sheriff's Crime Prevention Unit will share information about how to recognize and report crimes and suspicious activities, and how to protect yourself, your family, your property, and your neighbor's family and property.

Advertising With BCA - Space is now available in our 2017 monthly newsletters.  Newsletters are typically published during the first week of the month and reach approximately 5,000 subscribers.  Spaces are available on a limited first-come, first-served basis.  If you are interested in advertising with us, email for rates and availability.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Unless otherwise specified, work may include asphalt repair, concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 1/9/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Brandt

What to Know Before Piloting a Drone - BCA requires residents to comply with all applicable laws and suggests consideration for courtesy while flying a drone. As drones become more popular, the Federal Aviation Administration has established policy on how and when to operate them.  More information here. Contact the non-emergency Sheriff’s number at 703-777-1021 for urgent concerns or with additional questions.

Vehicle Parking in Brambleton  - Vehicles must comply with legal requirements and the Association’s governing documents. Staff has noted vehicles parked in violation of these requirements.  Specifically, several vehicles have been cited for expired tags, improper storage, parking in a fire lane, and/or have been identified as junk or derelict. BCA Staff takes enforcement actions as outlined in BCA’s Vehicle Policy Resolution. For violations of state or county parking requirements, the Association defers enforcement to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.  Please email with questions.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for January 9, 2017
