BCA Office Closure - The BCA Management Office will be closed on Monday, January 16th, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.  The office will reopen at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 17th.

Verizon FiOS Remote Swap Pilot Program - Remotes are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote at the BCA Office in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address.  We are unable to honor requests for holds.  Contact with any questions.

Please Join Us for Our 1st Quarterly "Welcome to Brambleton & BCA 101" Open House" - Drop by the Brambleton Welcome Center any time from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 26th, to meet members of the BCA team and to receive an overview of the Association's activities, operations, and services.

BCA to Host LCSO Burglary Prevention Class - January 25th, 7:00 PM at Brambleton Community Center.  An officer with the Loudoun Sheriff's Crime Prevention Unit will share information about how to recognize and report crimes and suspicious activities.


Land Development Activity on Library Parcel Anticipated to Start Soon
 - The parking lot located next to Capital One Bank will be temporarily closed due to construction activity.  Access from the bank lot to the Town Center through this parcel has already been closed off.  All users of this lot will need to park in the parking garage.  Access to the bank will remain open; however, the parking spaces that remain will be for bank use only.  

Do You Know Where Your Teens Are Between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM? - Please check on your middle school age children during this time and be aware of their whereabouts and what they are doing.  There have been a number of “mischievous” incidents reported in and around the Town Center.  Your cooperation is appreciated, as we want to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment throughout the community.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 1/16/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Brandt

Common Area Encroachment -  The Association wishes to make you aware of our efforts to ensure that the Common Areas are maintained with a harmonious aesthetic as natural area; additional information can be found on our website. Loudoun County Seeks Community Input on Transit Services - Now through March 31st, the County is seeking suggestions, via an online survey, for new or modified bus routes and enhanced services.  

Who Maintains Your Road? - The County has launched a new online tool to help residents determine who is responsible for snow removal and surface repairs on roads throughout the county.


Loudoun County Offers Tips for Winter Preparedness
