INSIDE BCA  

BCA to Host LCSO Burglary Prevention Class - January 25th, 7:00 PM at Brambleton Community Center.  An officer with the Loudoun Sheriff's Crime Prevention Unit will share information about how to recognize and report crimes and suspicious activities.

Please Join Us for Our 1st Quarterly "Welcome to Brambleton & BCA 101" Open House" - Drop by the Brambleton Welcome Center any time from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, January 26th, to meet members of the BCA team and to receive an overview of the Association's activities, operations, and services.

DMV2GO Back in Brambleton - January 24th.  DMV's mobile unit will be in the Harris Teeter parking lot between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.


DEVELOPER NEWS

Land Development Activity on Library Parcel
 - The parking lot located next to Capital One Bank is temporarily closed due to construction activity.  Access from the bank lot to the Town Center through this parcel has already been closed off.  All users of this lot will need to park in the parking garage.  Access to the bank will remain open; however, the parking spaces that remain will be for bank use only.  

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 1/23/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Section 18
  • Section 29
  • Brandt

Thank you for Decorating for the Holidays! – Brambleton’s Design Guidelines permit holiday decorations to be displayed for up to 2 weeks after a holiday. Please remove your decorations if you have not already done so. Inspections for compliance will begin in early February. Contact the Covenants team with questions.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for February 13, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on February 13, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM, February 13th, or
  • Via email to designreview@brambleton.org up to 5:00 PM February 13, 2017 (please include your property address in the subject line), or
  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

Loudoun County Seeks Community Input on Transit Services - Now through March 31st, the County is seeking suggestions, via an online surveyfor new or modified bus routes and enhanced services.  

LCSO Quarterly Public Safety Meeting - February 2nd, 7:00 PM at Dulles South Public Safety Center.  Agenda items include recent crimes and trends, traffic concerns, and more.  All residents are encouraged to attend.
