BCA Seeking Covenants Advisor - Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must. Verizon FiOS Remote Swap Pilot Program - Remotes are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote at the BCA Office in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address.  We are unable to honor requests for holds.  Contact hoa@brambleton.org with any questions.

Not Able to Open Links From Your iPhone? - BCA has received a few reports from users experiencing difficulties when attempting to open Friday Flash hyperlinks from their iPhones.  Our email provider has been notified.  While they believe that it may be related to a recent iOS update, they are continuing to investigate.  We will provide updates as information becomes available. Please email communications@brambleton.org with any concerns. Thank you for your patience.

Have Unused Medication to Dispose Of?  Through partnership with the Loudoun County Health Department, we are now able to provide Medication Disposal System bags as a resource for our residents to conveniently dispose of any leftover medications in a simple 3-step process. Just add water, seal, and toss in the trash. If you would like a bag, please come by the BCA Management Office during normal business hours to pick one up. You may also find resources for proper disposal of unused medications here.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 1/30/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Pet Waste Removal - Please be a considerate neighbor and pick up your pet’s waste. Removal of pet waste is part of our Pet Policy as well as a Loudoun County Ordinance, whether on your property or in a common area. More information can be found here. Design Review Meeting Scheduled for February 13, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on February 13, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM, February 13th, or

  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

LCSO Quarterly Public Safety Meeting - February 2nd, 7:00 PM at Dulles South Public Safety Center.  Agenda items include recent crimes and trends, traffic concerns, and more.  All residents are encouraged to attend.

LCSO Reminds Residents  - Always lock your car doors, remove all valuables, and lock all entry doors and windows to your home.  Report any suspicious activity immediately by calling the non-emergency number at 703-777-1021, or dial 911 in an emergency.
