COVENANTS

Revised Guidelines Open For Public Comment - There are several revisions to the design guidelines that are open for public comment until February 15, 2015. Visit our website to publish your remarks.

Holiday Decorations - Inspections for remaining holiday decorations will commence the week of February 2, 2015. Holiday decorations should be displayed no earlier than 30 days before the holiday and removed no later than 14 days thereafter. Please remove any holiday decorations if you have not already done so.

Parking Concerns – Parking of commercial vehicles in view of neighboring lots is prohibited. Residents parking is preferred in driveways. Vehicles must have current tags to park on streets and in common lots. If the tags are expired the vehicle is considered derelict by the Governing Documents and may be subject to towing.   During the snowy winter months, be careful not to park where you could be obstructing the removal of snow.                                                                                                                                                                                          Securing Trash - Our office recently received a resident concern about constantly finding wind-blown debris on her property. They reported finding everything from bank statements to used food containers and unfortunately, even more unpleasant items. BCA encourages all residents to take an extra moment or two, especially on windy days, to make the effort to be sure that all waste is secured.  Place trash in bags and  inside trash containers with the lids secured. Recycling should only be placed in containers with fitted lids.  Please contact the covenants team if you have any questions or need more information.
