INSIDE BCA  

BCA Management Office Closed on February 20th - The office will be closed on Monday in observance of Presidents' Day and will reopen at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 21st.

Retire Your American Flag Properly - A case built by BSA Troop 2970, in conjunction with American Legion Post 2001, is located outside the BCA Management Office as a collection point for US Flags to be retired.  You may drop off your worn-out and weathered flags at any time.  Thank you.


BCA Seeking Covenants Advisor - Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must. DEVELOPER NEWS

Closure of Brambleton Plaza - Beginning Monday, February 20, Brambleton Plaza will be partially blocked throughout the day so that crews can complete work required by Loudoun Water for the construction of the library.  During the day, a portion of the road will be blocked between Willow Creek Way and Regal Wood Drive. Each night the excavation will be back-filled and passable.  Work is expected to last 3-4 days; repairs will be paved upon completion.  Please reference the attached site plan for more information.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 2/20/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Roof Shingles – With recent high winds, the Covenants Team has noted several properties with missing and/or damaged shingles. Please take a moment to inspect your roof and address any maintenance items to prevent additional property damage.

Irrigation Systems – Irrigation systems require review and approval by the Covenants Committee prior to installation; more information can be found here. Contact the Design Review team with any questions.

Increased Law Enforcement Presence in School Zones - LCSO and Community Resource Officers have identified traffic and parking related issues and will be conducting enforcement in their ongoing SAFE Traffic Enforcement Initiative.

LoCo Hosts Northern Virginia Housing Expo -  March 18, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Dominion High School. County staff will share information on Loudoun County programs for renters and home buyers. 

LCSO Announces 39th Citizens' Police Academy - April 6th - June 15th.  Get an overview of all aspects of law enforcement, and participate in a ride-along after course completion. Call 703-737-8238 to enroll in this free course.
