Resident Comment Period Open for Parks 3 & 4 - After a year of input, discussions, and study, the Grounds & Facilities Committee has submitted its recommendation for Parks 3 and 4 to the BCA Board of Directors for their consideration and adoption. Brambleton residents throughout the neighborhood are encouraged to review the recommendation and proposed comprehensive park plans, and provide the Board with comments and feedback on the plans.  

Residents may email their comments to until 12:00 PM on March 24th, or present their comments in person at a Special Board Meeting to be held on March 28, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Clubhouse.

  • Covenants Advisor - Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must. 
  • Park & Facilities Attendant - Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Customer service background is a plus. Position requires regular evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to work extended hours on short notice.


Birchwood at Brambleton – The Developer has begun construction activity on their active adult community, with blasting scheduled to start on or around March 20th.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents.  Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited.  Be sure not to access the adjacent pond through this area.  Please use caution when traveling Creighton Road between the commuter lot and Loudoun County Parkway.

  • Property marking is scheduled to begin in advance of further development activities.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 3/20/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Scavenger Hunt with Bruno - April 1st - 14th.  It's back!  Kids aged 8-12 will use clues to find spots throughout Brambleton for a chance to win prizes.  More info here.
