Resident Comment Period Open for Parks 3 & 4 Closed - After a year of input, discussions, and study, the Grounds & Facilities Committee recently submitted its recommendation for Parks 3 and 4 to the BCA Board of Directors for their consideration and adoption. Brambleton residents throughout the neighborhood were encouraged to review the recommendation and proposed comprehensive park plans, and provide their comments and feedback on the plans.
Residents who have not submitted their comments will still have the opportunity to present their feedback in person at a Special Board Meeting to be held on March 28, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Clubhouse.
Town Home Grounds Maintenance Program – Certain sections of the community, as predetermined by the developer, are assessed for limited grounds maintenance services provided by Brambleton Community Association. A general schedule and details for this limited service program are outlined here. The requirements for service include:
- Access must be available for back yard mowing.
- Gates must remain unlocked and function properly.
- Personal items such as lawn furniture, toys, hoses or other items must be removed from lawn areas before mowing begins.
- Pets cannot be present. Prior to letting dogs / cats / pets into yards in the evenings, please make sure all gates are securely closed.
Residents that wish to opt out of the service may do so by submitting a completed Opt Out Form to firstname.lastname@example.org; Residents that choose to opt out are still obligated to pay the full monthly assessment.
To maintain the community standards, the grounds maintenance contractor may begin service as early as 7:00 AM. In recognition of the impact of continued growth and weather on the contractor's activities, the Association does not provide a set schedule for service. Contact email@example.com with any questions.
