Paylease Service Discontinued: Paylease Users Must Take Action to Select New Payment Method for Assessment Due April 1, 2017 - BCA offers a variety of payment options for owners to make their monthly assessment payments.  Owners are encouraged to select the option that best meets their needs.  Please click here for an overview of the updated payment options and details regarding each option.  Please contact with any questions. 

Street Sweeping Continues – The Association will continue to sweep Brambleton streets throughout next week when the streets are dry and rain isn’t in that day’s forecast.  The focus will be on developer streets primarily south of Creighton Road.  Please make an effort to minimize on-street parking so the sweeper can maximize the cleaning efforts. Contact with any related questions.  


Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 4/3/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Waterfalls
  • Creighton extension

Blasting Underway at Birchwood – The Developer has begun construction activity, including blasting, on their active adult community.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents.  Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited.  Be sure not to access the adjacent pond through this area.  Please use caution when traveling Creighton Road between the commuter lot and Loudoun County Parkway.


Scavenger Hunt with Bruno - April 1st - 14th.  It's back!  Kids aged 9-14 will use clues to find spots throughout Brambleton for a chance to win a $50 gift card to Regal Cinemas. More info here.

Wine 101: Women and Wine - May 13th, 7:00 PM at Community Center.  Join us on Mother's Day weekend for a celebration of wine made by women from around the world. All adults are invited to attend!

Brambleton Bluebird Kick-Off Event - April 2nd, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Lost Rhino Retreat.  Volunteers are needed to help protect and monitor Brambleton’s Bluebird Trails. Stop in this Sunday and learn more. Email for more info.


Roofing/Shingle Replacement – Due to damaging winds over the winter months several residents are in need of replacing/repairing damaged shingles. If your replacement shingles will not match what was builder provided, you must submit a Design Review application prior to beginning your project. More information can be found here. Pet Waste Concerns - Please be a considerate neighbor and review the Association's Pet Policy as well as Loudoun County's Ordinances for pet waste removal responsibilities. The Association is able to take enforcement action upon receipt of a written concern that identifies the address of the resident of concern.  To request placement of a Pet Waste Problem Area sign in a Common Area or to submit a written concern, please contact, or Submit a Request on our website.

Comprehensive Lot Inspections Underway in Trent Grove - This section includes single family units on Biggers Farm Ter., Boca Field Ter., Christina Ridge Sq., Christophers View Ter., Grahams Stable Sq., and Jessica Farm Ter. More info can be found here.  


Sip and Paint Night at Lost Rhino Retreat - Tonight! Tickets are $40 per person and include all art supplies. Beer and food specials start at 5:30 PM; painting begins at 6:30 PM.
