What's New at BCA? - April 26th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.  Stop in at the Welcome Center for our next quarterly BCA 101 to meet the staff, get a feel for the operations of BCA, and get important updates on development, events, and more. 

BCA to Inspect Section 12/Water Towers Neighborhood in Preparation of Acceptance From Developer - The purpose of this inspection is to assure that all common areas and improvements on the common areas are in accordance with the County-approved plan and standards.  Residents with concerns or questions regarding existing conditions of common areas in this section can email them to by April 26, 2017.  Learn more here.

BCA Seeks Community Standards Manager - This position will oversee all aspects of BCA's community-wide residential proactive inspection program, covenants enforcement, and architectural review processes.  Interested candidates can view the the job description in its entirety here.  Please submit resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to  No phone calls, please. 

Traffic to Be Impacted by Ribbon Run 5K - April 22nd, 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.  During this time, the northbound lane of North Star Blvd. between Brambleton Town Center and Creighton Road, the southbound lane of Olympia between BTC and Creighton Road, and some of the trails south of Creighton Road will be impacted by the race.  Please plan extra time in the morning to get to any scheduled activities.  To view the race course, click here. 


Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 4/24/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Spring Yard Sale - April 29th, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  Spots are sold out at the Community Center, but you can still add your address to the list of participating homes!  Registration  closes April 24th.  

How Will YOU Celebrate Mother's Day? - May 13th, 7:00 PM at Community Center.  Join us at Wine 101: Women and Wine for a celebration of wine made by women from around the world. All adults are invited to attend!

Blocking Roadways is Not Safe – BCA regularly receives concerns for roadways in the community being blocked off for play activity.  The Association, VDOT, and Loudoun County do not condone street play and advise residents that have concerns for blocked roadways to first approach the neighbors involved to directly resolve the concern. For unresolved concerns, we recommend contacting Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number 703-777-1021.  Placement of personal "Children at Play" signs is also discouraged, as they have been shown to create a false sense of security; at no time should these devices be placed in the roadway.  


Wellness Connection Farmers’ Market - Saturdays, April 22 - October 28, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the StoneSprings Hospital parking lot.   Stop in for locally grown, farm-fresh produce.

RRHS Girls Lacrosse Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A - April 26th, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Mention you're supporting RRHS and part of the proceeds will  back to the school.

LCSO To Partner With DEA For National Take-Back Day - April 29th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.  Residents can discard expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs at four sites in the County.  The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.  More info here.
