BCA Update - Spring/Summer

Association Acceptance Inspection:
Section 12 / Water Towers Neighborhood

The Association plans to perform an inspection of Section 12/Water Towers Neighborhood in preparation of acceptance from the Developer.  The purpose of this inspection is to assure that all common areas and improvements on the common areas are in accordance with the County-approved plan and standards.  Areas to be inspected include the common area parcels surrounding the following residential streets:

  • Cedar Crest Alley 
  • Faith Terrace
  • Flowing Springs Square
  • Highcroft Terrace
  • Melville Terrace
  • Moonbeam Terrace
  • Orefield Terrace
  • Parkland Farms Terrace
  • New Dawn Terrace
  • Redeemer Terrace
  • Snow Powder Terrace
  • Winter Wind Terrace

During the inspection, BCA staff will look at the overall condition of the common areas and improvements within these areas.  This inspection is performed on the common areas only, not on individual residential lots.  A sample of improvements inspected are:

  • Streets & Sidewalks
  • Drainage & Stormwater Management
  • Turf & Landscaping
  • Streetlights
  • Parks and Play Equipment

The Association asks residents in this section to forward all common area concerns to the Association so that these areas can be assessed.  Residents with concerns or questions regarding existing conditions of common areas in this section can email them to CIP@Brambleton.org by April 26, 2017.  All emails submitted by this date will be considered as part of this process.
