AROUND BRAMBLETON

INSIDE BCA

BCA to Inspect Section 17 in Preparation of Acceptance From Developer - The purpose of this inspection is to assure that all common areas and improvements on the common areas are in accordance with the County-approved plan and standards.  Residents with concerns or questions regarding existing conditions of common areas in this section can email them to CIP@Brambleton.org by May 5th, 2017.  Learn more here.

Fertilizer Application to Start Week of May 1st - BCA will begin applying the second round of fertilizer with weed control next week. The weed control composition is designed as a supplement application to suppress crabgrass and most of our common broadleaf weeds. The fertilizer will help continue to stimulate growth in our turf areas. This will be applied to both our common areas as well as our townhouse sections in the community. This will be a liquid application, so please wait until it dries to venture back out onto the turf. Once we have fully completed this round of treatment, we will remove the large application signs from the community. For more information please contact Dave Rusch at Dave.Rusch@Brambleton.org.
