Extended Pool Pass Hours -  May 8th & 9th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  The BCA Management Office will stay open late to accommodate those who are unable to get to the office during normal business hours to get their pool pass.  Click here for more information.

Fertilizer Application to Start Week of May 8th – BCA will begin applying the second round of fertilizer with weed control on Monday. The weed control composition is designed to suppress crabgrass and most common broadleaf weeds. The fertilizer will help to stimulate growth in turf areas and will be applied to both common areas and properties served by the Townhome Grounds Maintenance Program. This will be a liquid application, and it is advised to wait until it dries to venture back out onto the turf. For more information please contact Dave Rusch at

BCA Seeks Covenants Advisor -   The Covenants Advisor assists with all aspects of Brambleton’s community-wide residential inspection program, covenants enforcement,

Loudoun Lyme 5k/10k this Sunday: Possible Impact on Traffic  - Sunday, May 7th at Brambleton Town Center. During the race (approximately 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM), there may be some delays as police and course marshals allow runners to safely pass by. Click here for the course map. 


Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 5/8/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Section 17
  • Section 24 - Curb break and repair
  • Section 27 - Curb break and repair

Do You Own a Portable Basketball Hoop? – Recent inspections have noted several bases being weighted down with improper material and not being stored in the proper location. Please review the guidelines for placement and stabilization.  Please contact with any questions.

Highlight on Design Guidelines – At this time of year, the Association receives a high volume of applications for fences, patios, and decks. Please submit applications as soon as you have your plans, allowing time for review and approval, so you can schedule your contractors.  Please review not only the guidelines but the submission requirements for all modifications prior to applying.

Pet Considerations – Please be mindful of your neighbors and do not allow your pet to bark for an extended period of time or to cause other disturbances. Please review the Association’s Policy Resolution # 7 Pet Policies and contact with any questions.
