AROUND BRAMBLETON


INSIDE BCA  

ALL THINGS BREWFEST - It's finally here!  May 20th, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.  60 beers, live music, food trucks, and more!  And while you're there, be sure to tag us at #bramlife on Instagram!  More info and tickets here.

Here's what you need to know:

  • General admission tickets are $30/person. Tickets for designated drivers and those aged 13 - 20 are $10/person.  
  • Buy your tickets online, or pay with cash or credit at the door.  A processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
  • Event will take place along Olympia Drive at Legacy Park.
  • The best place to park is in the Town Center parking garage for easy access to event entrance.
  • Event entrance is located in front of the movie theater.
  • Dogs are not permitted inside the event.
  • Coolers, tents, and outside food are not permitted inside the event.
  • Firearms are not permitted inside the event.
  • Blankets and chairs are permitted.
  • A great time had by all is required.

Brewfest Parking Restrictions To Take Effect at Midnight Tonight - Restrictions will remain in effect throughout Saturday along parts of Olympia Drive, Legacy Park Drive, and Greenside Drive.  Vehicles in violation will be towed.  Contact Road Runners at 703-450-7555 if your vehicle has been towed.


Ready for Pool Season? Get Your Pass Today!  - Stop by the BCA Office during business hours or use our convenient email option to obtain your pool pass. Visit the Pools page to see who is eligible to get a pool pass and to see the requirements for obtaining one.

Beacon Crest Pool Open - Beacon Crest Pool will be open for business this weekend from 11:00 AM to 6:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.  We will see you poolside!

JDRF One Walk: Possible Impact on Traffic - May 21st at Brambleton Town Center. During the walk (approximately 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM), there may be some delays as police and course marshals allow walkers to safely pass by. Click here for more information. 


DEVELOPER NEWS


Active Construction Zones - Construction is underway on the active adult community and in the area immediately south of the Town Center.  Access through or in these active construction areas is prohibited.  Please use caution when traveling near these areas.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 5/22/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Summer Kick-Off Party - June 9th, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool. Celebrate the beginning of summer with music, games, food, and contests!  Pool pass required.  More info here

Teen Pool Party - June 9th, 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool.  Kids in 6th - 12th grade are invited to stay late at the pool for pizza, music, and more.  Pool pass required.  More info here

Proactive Inspections for Proper Storage of Waste Containers – Inspections will be conducted over the next two weeks throughout the community.  Additional information on the Association's trash services can be found here.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for June 12, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on June 12, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM, June 12, 2017, or
  • Via email to designreview@brambleton.org up to 5:00 PM June 12, 2017 (please include your property address in the subject line), or
  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.
