COVENANTS

Holiday Décor
- We encourage Brambleton residents to decorate their homes for the holidays. The guidelines say these decorations should go up no earlier than 30 days prior to a holiday and come down no later than 15 days after. During recent proactive inspections the advisors have  observed several homes with decorations still in view. Most common decorations are holiday string lights. Please take steps to remove any existing holiday décor.

Comprehensive Inspections - Comprehensive inspections will commence the week of March 9th. The first three sections that will be inspected are Sections 1-3.  For more information regarding the purpose and the process for these inspections, please click here. Contact the Covenants Team if you have any questions or need more information about Holiday Décor or the Comprehensive Inspection process.
