Active Construction Zones - Construction is underway on the active adult community and in the area immediately south of the Town Center.  Access through or in these active construction areas is prohibited.  Please use caution when traveling near these areas.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 6/5/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Section 17
  • Sections 24 & 27 - Builder to perform concrete break and replacement


Summer Kick-Off Party - June 9th, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool. Celebrate the beginning of summer with music, games, food, and contests!  Pool pass required.  More info here

Teen Pool Party - June 9th, 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool.  Kids in 6th - 12th grade are invited to stay late at the pool for pizza, music, and more.  Pool pass required.  More info here

Sizzlin' Summer Concerts Series is Back! - June 22nd, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM near the Town Center.  Check out free live shows every other Thursday through August. See our lineup here!

Red, White & BRAM! - June 24th, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.  It's back!  Tailgating, rides and games, food trucks, live music, and the best FIREWORKS show in the area!  Check it out!

Summer on the Bram Bus - We've got lots of bus trips lined up for the summer (Iron Maiden this weekend and Train next Saturday!). Check out the line-up on our website and reserve your seats on the bus today!

Basic Dog Training - Starting June 10th at Legacy Park.  This eight-week class teaches owners the basics of training dogs off all ages.  More info here.  

Teen Summer Service Days – Brambleton Kids Care is excited to offer Teen Summer Service Days for ages 12+.  Each day will be at a different local non-profit organization, where kids will help with a variety of tasks. Visit the website for more information.


Highlight on Design Guidelines – Changing the color of exterior elements by staining or painting requires prior review and approval by the Covenants Committee.  The specific guidelines can be viewed under color changes on  the website

Proactive Lighting Inspections – BCA staff performs proactive inspections on a quarterly basis to ensure the proper operation of lighting fixtures that were designed to operate automatically.  The fixtures that meet this criteria vary by builder and style of home and may include carriage lamps, garage light fixtures, pendant light fixtures, and up-lighting located within landscaping.  Residents are responsible to ensure the daily operation of all such automatic lighting fixtures.  More information can be found here. BCA’s Property Maintenance Standards – Turf areas on a Lot must be kept neatly mowed, trimmed, and edged to a consistent height. Turf is not to exceed six (6) inches in height at any time. Rhino Chasers Run Club - Tuesday nights at 6:00 PM. Go for an organized run, then meet back up to enjoy drinks, food, and camaraderie!

Workforce Resource Center Spotlights Veterans Employment Services - June 6th, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.  A Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) Veteran Services representative will be onsite to provide information on employment and training assistance.

LCSO Reminds Residents to Lock Vehicles and Remove Valuables After Rash of Thefts in Area - LCSO asks residents to be vigilant following a recent increase in auto thefts, larcenies from vehicles, and other related thefts.  More info here.
