Verizon FiOS Remote Swap Program - Remotes are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address.  We are unable to honor requests for holds.  Contact with any questions.


Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting will take place next week in the vicinity of Creighton Road and Olympia Drive.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 6/12/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Summer Kick-Off Party Tonight - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool. Celebrate the beginning of summer with music, games, free popcorn, and contests!  Pool pass required.  Brambleton residents only.  More info here

Teen Pool Party Tonight - 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM at Brambleton Corner Pool.  Kids in 6th - 12th grade are invited to stay late at the pool for pizza, music, and more.  Pool pass required.  More info here

Children's Storytime Relocated for Summer - Starting June 13th, Storytime will move to its regular summertime location at the Brambleton Welcome Center.  More info here.

Sizzlin' Summer Concerts Series is Back! - June 22nd, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM near the Town Center.  Check out free live shows every other Thursday through August. See our lineup here!

Red, White & BRAM! - June 24th, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.  It's back!  Tailgating, rides and games, food trucks, live music, and the best FIREWORKS show in the area!  Check it out!

  • If you reserved a tailgating spot, payment must be received no later than June 16th, or your spot will forfeited.

Summer on the Bram Bus - We've got lots of bus trips lined up for the summer (Train and OAR this weekend, U2 on June 20th!). Check out the line-up on our website and reserve your seats on the bus today!

Teen Summer Service Days – Brambleton Kids Care is excited to offer Teen Summer Service Days for ages 12+.  Each day will be at a different local non-profit organization, where kids will help with a variety of tasks. Visit the website for more information.


Commercial Vehicles – BCA would like to remind residents that parking commercial vehicles in a visible location within Brambleton, other than on a temporary and non-recurring basis, is not permitted, per our Vehicle Policy Resolution. A commercial vehicle is defined as “Any vehicle with commercial signs, advertising, or visible commercial equipment, including passenger cars, vans, and trucks normally used for private purpose but painted with or carrying commercial advertising, logos, or business names or carrying visible commercial equipment”. Storage of Play Equipment – A friendly reminder as to where play equipment should be stored when not in active use: 

  • Portable play equipment that is easily transportable by one person, such as soccer nets, bikes, or scooters must be stored out of view of neighboring properties when not in use. 
  • Permanent or semi-permanent play equipment which constitutes a structure, such as a swing set, play-house, sand box, etc., requires an approved application and must be maintained in conformance with the guidelines to be approved. 
  • Basketball hoops must be a minimum of fifteen (15) feet from the street located adjacent to the driveway. An application is not required for portable basketball equipment that is located and maintained a minimum of 15 feet from the street and in compliance with the guidelines.
