Late Pool Opening - Saturday, June 17th.  Brambleton Corner Pool will open at 1:00 PM tomorrow due to a Bettas swim meet in the morning.

Verizon FiOS Remote Swap Program - Remotes are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address.  We are unable to honor requests for holds.  Contact with any questions.


Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting will take place next week south of the Town Center.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please click here for more information.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 6/19/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Join Us For Our First Concert of the Summer! - June 22nd, 7:00 PM at Legacy Park. Delta Spur brings Top 40 Country covers back to Bram!  Gates open at 6:00 PM; show starts at 7:00 PM.  See our lineup and other helpful info here!

First Teen Late Night Swim of the Summer - June 23rd, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Beacon Crest Pool.  Rising 6th - 12th graders are invited to enjoy the pool all to themselves. Don't forget your pool pass!  Get more info here.

Red, White & BRAM Only One Week Away! - June 24th, 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.    Tailgating, rides and games, food trucks, live music, and the best FIREWORKS show in the area!  Check it out!


Signage – The BCA would like to remind residents about the Design Guidelines for Temporary Signage within the community:  

  • Signs are to be selected, designed, and located so as to provide effective communication while minimizing their visual impact on neighboring properties and the neighborhood. Placement of signs on Common Areas or rights of way is not permitted.
  • Political Signs: Two (2) political signs, no larger than 2’x 2’, may be posted on a residential Lot. Signs may be posted up to 30 days prior to a pending election and must be removed within five (5) days after the election.
  • Signs shall not obstruct any traffic sight lines.
  • A sign displayed in a window and intended to be read from the exterior of the property must be reviewed and approved.
  • The sign is to be no larger than necessary to accommodate the proposed text.
  • Signs must be well constructed with good quality materials and must be maintained in an orderly manner at all times.
  • Temporary signage is allowed to be displayed on any Lot for a maximum of 35 days in any calendar year.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for July 10, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on July 10, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM, July 10, 2017, or
  • Via email to up to 5:00 PM July 10, 2017 (please include your property address in the subject line), or
  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

Lane Closure on Southbound Belmont Ridge Road To Continue Through June 23rd - The planned closures are necessary for the construction of the Route 7 and Belmont Road Interchange.  More info here
