BCA Office Closure - The BCA Management Office will close at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 3rd and remain closed on Tuesday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day.  The office will reopen at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 5th.

Trash Service on July 4th - Trash collection service will not be impacted by the holiday. Containers should be placed curbside by 6:00 AM.

DMV2GO Back in Bram - July 7th, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  DMV's mobile unit will be at the Town Center in the Harris Teeter Parking lot.  A list of services can be found here.  

Assessment Payments - FirstService Residential will no longer be accepting check or money order payments at their corporate offices effective September 1st.  Please click here to see a list of payment options.  


Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting will take place next week south of the Town Center.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please click here for more information.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 7/3/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Sizzlin' Summer Concerts - July 6th, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  Join us at Legacy Park as we welcome Crazy in Stereo to the Brambleton stage.  Steak vs. Burger will be onsite in case you're looking for something delicious!  Gates open at 6:00 PM.  More info here

Teen Late Night Swim - July 7th, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Beacon Crest Pool.  Rising 6th - 12th graders are invited to enjoy the pool all to themselves.  Don't forget your pool pass! More info here.  


Coffee & Conversation - July 5th, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  Each month, join the conversation with a community healthcare provider to learn more about healthcare topics that matter to you.  More info here


2017 Public Firework Displays and Fireworks Use & Safety Tips – Residents are encouraged to enjoy public fireworks displays provided by professionals throughout the County; a list of displays can be found here.  Loudoun County regulates the use of personal fireworks.  Details can be found on this page. FAQ’s can be found here. Permissible fireworks for personal use may be purchased at stands throughout the county and may be used only on private property with the consent of the owner. To protect yourself and others, only buy fireworks from permitted stands in Loudoun County. These fireworks have been tested and approved. To report an emergency, please call 911.  To report concerns for fireworks, contact Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Management at 703-777-0333, or the Fire Marshal at 703-737-8600.  

Grills– The holiday weekend is upon us! It’s a great time for friends and family to enjoy cookouts and celebrations! Just remember to stow away your portable grill after each use; grills may not be stored at the front of the home. 

Design Review - The next meeting for Design Review will be on July 10, 2017. Applications can be submitted via email to To have your application reviewed for accuracy prior to the meeting, please submit your application to the association by Wednesday July 5, 2017.
