DMV2GO Back in Bram: Expect Delays - July 7th, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Harris Teeter parking lot at the Town Center.  Due to mechanical issues affecting the regular mobile office, a smaller unit with fewer stations is onsite today, causing longer lines and wait times.  A list of future dates and available services can be found here.  

Assessment Payments - FirstService Residential will no longer be accepting check or money order payments at their corporate offices effective September 1st.  Please click here to see a list of payment options.  


Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting is ongoing in the area south of the Town Center.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please click here for more information.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 7/10/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Float 'N' Flicks - Tonight at Brambleton Corner Pool.  Join us at sundown for our first movie of the summer, Moana!  Visit our website for more info. 

Teen Late Night Swim - Tonight, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Beacon Crest Pool.  Rising 6th - 12th graders are invited to enjoy the pool all to themselves.  Don't forget your pool pass! More info here.  

Next Teen Summer Service Day - July 13th with Salvation Army.  Typical tasks include cleaning, sorting, organization, etc.  Visit the website to sign up.

Save the Date: BRAM Fam Splash & Dash! - Saturday, September 9th, starting at 9:00 AM at the Brambleton Corner Clubhouse.  For more information and to register, visit the website.  


Yard Waste Disposal - Brambleton Yard Waste stickers are available at the BCA Management Office. These stickers are free to all residents to distinctly and uniformly mark designated yard debris containers. 

Residents that do not wish to use a dedicated yard debris container may use brown paper bags. The Association's contractor will not pick up yard debris in other styles of bags. Please be reminded that yard waste recycling collection occurs on Tuesdays and that yard waste should not be placed out on days other than Tuesday. Yard waste consists of grass clippings, leaves, branches in small bundles that are less than 4 feet long and no more than 50 lbs. Tree stumps, sod, dirt, mulch, rocks, bricks, and other construction debris are not accepted. Please refer to the website for proper disposal practices of yard waste.

Clothes Lines/Wind Drying Devices - During recent community wide inspections, it was noted that several residents are hanging laundry items outside to dry.  Per the Design Guidelines, clothes lines or any similar apparatus for the exterior drying of clothes are prohibited. Please refrain from using the deck railing or porch railings to dry laundry at the exterior of the home.  If you would like to report a concern please visit here or email

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for July 10, 2017
  • Applications may be submitted in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM July 10th or

  • You can bring it to the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

Loudoun to Hold Town Hall on Draft TransAction Regional Transportation Plan - July 19th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  The plan identifies 18 regional corridors which encompass more than 350 projects as candidates for future transportation investments, 95 of which would impact Loudoun.  More info here

LCSO Introduces #9PMRoutine to Deter Thefts - The #9PMRoutine hastag is being introduced to remind residents make sure their vehicles, home doors, and garage doors are locked before they go to bed.  More info here

Envision Loudoun Online Engagement Now Open - Loudoun County is encouraging anyone who was unable to attend one of the recent “Envision the Future” workshops to participate through an online engagement tool through July 12th.
