BCA Seeks Covenants Advisor - Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must. Brambleton Corner Pool to Open Late - Saturday, July 15th.  Due to a Bettas swim meet, the pool will open at 1:00 PM.

Residences At Brambleton & Residences At Brambleton II: Site Survey Volunteers Requested – Verizon is seeking a few additional volunteers to permit site surveys of their homes so that Verizon may view the location of existing coax and phone outlets to determine how to design migration for the ONT to be moved from the common utility shed of each building into each individual home. Verizon is also seeking copies of floor plans of the various styles of condominium homes in the Residences. If you are interested in participating and your home is located within the red outlined area on this map, or you have floor plans to share, please send an email to with your address and contact phone number.

Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting is ongoing in the area south of the Town Center.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 7/17/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Creighton Road
  • Northstar Blvd from Creighton Road to Shreveport Drive


Sizzlin' Summer Concert - July 20th, 7:00 PM, at Legacy Park.  By overwhelmingly popular demand, Crowded Streets returns to Brambleton.  Gates open at 6:00 PM; show starts at 7:00 PM.  More info here.  

Teen Late Night Swim - July 21st, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Beacon Crest Pool.  Rising 6th - 12th graders are invited to enjoy the pool all to themselves.  Don't forget your pool pass! More info here.  

Movie on the Green - August 11th at Corner Clubhouse.  Bring your blankets, chairs, and coolers, and join us on the lawn for a screening of La La Land!  Movie starts at dusk.  More info here.

Vegetable Gardens - Vegetable gardens must be located in the rear of the home and cannot exceed fifty (50) square feet in area. They must be maintained in a neat manner, and all plant debris must be removed and the soil turned at the end of the growing season. A border, not to exceed 24 inches in height, may be installed to provide for a raised bed. A “rabbit fence” or similar fencing may be erected to provide for pest control but must not exceed three feet (3') in height. More information here.

Envision Loudoun Online Engagement Tool Open Though July 14th - Loudoun County is encouraging anyone who was unable to attend one of the recent “Envision the Future” workshops to participate through an online engagement tool now available here.

Loudoun to Hold Town Hall on Draft TransAction Regional Transportation Plan - July 19th, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  The plan identifies 18 regional corridors which encompass more than 350 projects as candidates for future transportation investments, 95 of which would impact Loudoun.  More info here
