  • Communications Coordinator – Are you a creative, professional communicator with skills that span the spectrum from social media and video production to graphic design & photography?    
  • Resident Services Administrator (RSA-C) – Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and be self-motivated, available to work a flexible schedule, and able to work cooperatively in a small office environment.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Positions are full-time and offer an entry-level salary with benefits.

Asphalt Maintenance on BCA Streets Continues – Asphalt maintenance on several private BCA streets and alleys in Sections 15-17, Beacon Crest parking lot, as well as the trail along the north side of Ryan Road and the trails in Belmont Trace, (see map and street list) will occur on Wednesday, September 20th and Thursday, September 21st, weather dependent.  The asphalt maintenance will include seal coating, to be followed by re-striping of the fire lanes, parking space lines, and stop bars. Roads will need to be closed at times for seal coating.  After the seal coat is dry, parking spaces will be briefly closed to stripe the parking space lines.  Click here for more detailed information and to see how these repairs may impact you and what you can do to prepare.

Woolsey Park Play Structure Temporarily Closed for Repairs - We are working diligently with the manufacturer and installer to have all repairs completed as soon as possible. Questions or concerns may be sent to


Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 9/18/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Creighton Road from Olympia Drive to Evergreen Mills
  • Northstar Blvd from Creighton Road to Shreveport Drive


Neighborhood Campout This Weekend! - September 16th - 17th at Legacy Park. Online registration is closed, but a limited number of Non-Camper activities wristbands will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at Event Registration for $5 each.  However, s'mores kits will not be guaranteed.  Brambleton residents only, please.  

Zombie Run Registration Open - October 28th, 5:30 PM.  All participants (runners AND zombies) get a t-shirt, medal, and invitation to the after-party at Lost Rhino Retreat!  Proceeds go to the Down Syndrome Association of Northern Virginia.  Info and registration here!

Fall Yard Sale - September 30th, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  Spaces at the Community Center are sold out, but you can add your address to the list of participating homes through September 24th.  More info here.

Two By Four Race - October 1st.  Race against childhood and canine cancer.  100% of net proceeds will go to support the work of the Canines-N-Kids Foundation and Smashing Walnuts Foundation.  More info here

Fall Fest Is Coming! - October 7th, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM in front of the Town Center.  Sell stuff, volunteer, ride rides, play cornhole, and just have fun!  More info here.


World Vision Experience Truck - September 23rd - 24th at Brambleton Presbyterian Church. Free self-guided exhibit portraying scenarios of people living in the most neglected parts of the world.  Get more info here

Haunted 5k Run/Walk & Fun Run - October 28th, 9:30 AM at Rock Ridge High School.  20% of proceeds go to the local school of your choice.  More info here.


Mailbox Maintenance Reminders - Mailboxes are to be maintained in keeping with BCA’s Property Maintenance Standards. There are several styles of mailboxes within Brambleton.  Black boxes and posts within the community are to be maintained with the original black satin finish as installed by the builder. For replacement parts for the black mailboxes, contact Main Street Mailboxes at 571-379-8454, who provides onsite repair and replacement of boxes and brackets. For the Gulick, weathered bronze mailboxes, a resident recently shared that Dominion Electric Supply Company is no longer supporting replacement parts.  An alternative for support is Mailbox & Signs Solutions at 407-366-6565 or Maintenance of cluster boxes serving town homes in the community is provided through USPS.  


Dentistry From The Heart - September 16th, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  Costa Family Dentistry will host Dentistry From the Heart, an event providing free dental care to those in need. Call 703-542-7000 or email for more information.


Hazardous Waste Collection - Loudoun County's 2017 Fall Collection Event schedule, as well as a list of what materials are accepted, can be found here


September is National Preparedness Month - Loudoun County is reminding residents to take action and prepare now for all types of emergencies.  More info here
