Work of this nature typically begins in the early morning and is completed in the early afternoon. All work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled based upon weather or other unforeseen conditions. See the site map for the location of each section.  For the week of 4/20-24 the following activity is planned:

  • Section 15 - Bond Release activity
  • Town Center Residential  - Asphalt trail work
  • Section 19 - Work on the Overlook water feature
  • Section 22 - Vacuum truck storm drain cleaning
  • Sections 18 & 21 - Street light installation
    • Please note that the Developer will take action to reseed the turf areas disturbed by the street light installations.

Our office works closely with the Developer’s office to include information the Friday Flash; however, with the unpredictable pace of these activities, it is not always possible.  We do serve as the liaison to the Developer’s office so if you have questions contact us via email  or Submit a Request  on our website.
