BCA’s Annual Meeting - If you were unable to attend our Annual Meeting this past Tuesday, you can visit our Annual Meeting page to view the presentations made by Brambleton Community Association; Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services; and Loudoun County Public Library.

Trash & Recycling to occur as scheduled on Friday, November 24th - Republic Services will be performing collection on a normal schedule on Friday, November 24th. Waste containers are to be placed curbside no later than 7:00 AM for service.


Construction Activity Ongoing - Blasting is pending in the land area recently cleared west of Belmont Ridge Road between Franklin Benjamin Terrace and Myan Gold Drive. Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Please note that access through or inside active construction areas is prohibited.


Cards for Soldiers - BCA is collecting cards for soldiers that will be donated to the local VA Hospitals. The cards are made available to the soldiers to send off to their loved ones. Donations need to be blank cards, stamped, unsealed, no glitter, and if possible, tied in bundles of three. You can drop your donation in the Santa Mailbox in the Welcome Center. Please visit our website for more information. 

Brambleton Kids Care Turkey Trail Trot & Food Drive - November 23rd, 9:00 AM. Meet at the Corner Clubhouse for the 2-ish mile walk/jog/run on the trails. There is no fee to participate; however, we ask that you bring canned donations to benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief. For more information and to register, visit the Brambleton Kids Care web page.

Kids Craft for INOVA Children’s Hospital - Brambleton Community Association will be collecting No-Sew Blankets to be donated to INOVA Children's Hospital. You and your family can make blankets for a child and drop them off at the HOA office by Thursday, December 14th. Bully Prevention Seminar - Sterner’s Tae Kwon Do in Ashburn is hosting a free Bully Prevention Seminar on Tuesday, November 21st, at 5:15 PM. Enjoy demonstrations, safety talks, fun on the mat, and refreshments! We are located at 20630 Ashburn Rd, Ashburn, VA 20147. Hope to see you there!



Time to Remove Your Halloween Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying Halloween holiday decorations has ended. Per the Design Guidelines, Holiday decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. Please exercise caution when removing your decorations. If you have any questions, please contact the Community Standards Advisors at 703-542-6263 or



PASTA Coat Drive - Local high school students from Chapter 109 of Peers and Students Taking Action (PASTA) are hosting a coat drive through mid-November. A collection box has been set up in the Brambleton Welcome Center for new and gently worn coats. For more information, please visit our website.



Loudoun County Sheriff's Office to Conduct Joint Sobriety Checkpoint - On Friday, November 17th, starting shortly after 10:00 PM. Members of the LCSO Auxiliary Unit and volunteers from the Loudoun Chapter of MADD will assist with the checkpoint. 

No-Shave November - LCSO is participating in No-Shave November to raise funds for cancer research and treatment as well as educate residents about preventative measures. This year’s event will fund organizations including the Prevent Cancer Foundation, Fight Colorectal Cancer, and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Participating deputies contributed $25. Santa’s Holiday Coalition RunThe Arcola Volunteer Fire Department, on behalf of the Loudoun Holiday Coalition, will be collecting items for those less fortunate this holiday season on Sunday, December 3rd. Brambleton is partnering with Arcola VFD to provide special SANTA STOPS where you can personally give Santa your donation. Visit our event page for more information.


Loudoun County Veterans Program - Loudoun County has launched a new program designed to coordinate a one-stop information, outreach, and referral hub for veterans, and to establish a collaborative network of partners who serve veterans in the county. Visit for more information.
