Brambleton Community Association is Seeking Qualified
Candidates for Several Open Positions
BCA is currently hiring for the following positions: Full-time Facility & Grounds Supervisor, Communications Coordinator, Part-time Seasonal Events Assistant and Bus Driver for the community bus.
Full-Time Facility & Grounds Supervisor - Come grow with us in this newly created full-time position designed to support the overall operation of the Association’s grounds and facilities. Ideal candidates will have experience and a proven track record of successfully serving in a similar role. Primary duties will include performance of grounds and facility related inspections and maintenance tasks; including snow removal, interaction and oversight of contractors to assure contract compliance, coordination with the Lifestyles Department to support community events and interaction with homeowners and contractors regarding facility and grounds matters. Driving is a requirement of the position and applicants must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. This position requires evening and weekend work. Communications Coordinator - This full-time position is key to the success of the Association’s overall communication strategy. Primary responsibilities include creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive communications and public relations program in addition to developing communications for BCA’s website, newsletters, social and traditional media, and television. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, digital photography and video equipment and editing. Flexible schedule requires occasional night and weekend work. Part-Time Seasonal Events Assistant - This is a great opportunity to bring your positive, organized, and energetic event support skills to an entry level position here in Brambleton. Bus Driver for the BRAM Community Bus - Brambleton is looking to hire a friendly and experienced bus driver with a VA CDL driver’s License with a Passenger (P) endorsement. This person should be customer service oriented, able to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends, and should be able to work independently.
