Resident Comment: Proposed Trail Connections - The Grounds & Facilities Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, January 16th at 7:30 PM to consider their recommendations to the Board on the proposed trail connections and other matters. Residents interested in these future connections should consider attending the Resident Forum portion of the meeting to present their opinions directly to the members of the Committee. Trail comments can also be emailed to CIP@Brambleton.org. All emails received by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, January 16th will be forwarded to the Committee at the meeting. Wanted: Asphalt Sub-Committee Members - BCA is seeking applications from residents for the Asphalt Sub-Committee. The expected time commitment on this committee is approximately 30-60 minutes a month for a period that should not extend over 1 year. The committee has a focus and specific scope which is to:
- Review whether any immediate or long-term impacts have been linked to the use of the refined coal tar PaveRx rejuvenator product;
- Consider and recommend environmental studies that can be performed to determine impact to environments surrounding the applied PaveRx product;
- Review and recommend products that have similar performance and warranties as the PaveRx product as well as the financial impacts to the Association these products would have;
- Present its findings to the Grounds & Facilities Committee and the Board of Directors.

Applications will be accepted through Friday, January 19th. The Grounds & Facilities Committee will review the applications and appoint 3-5 members to the committee by Tuesday, January 30th.
