Verizon FiOS Remote Swap Program - As a benefit to BCA residents, Verizon has provided a limited number of television remotes. Quantities are limited and will be available at the BCA Management Office (42395 Ryan Road, Suite 210) on a first-come, first-served basis during office hours. Residents are required to present their non-working remote in order to receive a new device. Only one new remote will be issued per Brambleton address. We are unable to honor requests for holds. Contact with any questions.

Notary Services Available by Appointment - Notary service is free to Brambleton residents for the first two documents, with a $2 fee per document thereafter. Non-residents will be charged $2 per document. A photo ID is required. Witnessing on documents will not be provided by the Brambleton Community Association. Virginia notaries are not authorized to certify true copies of birth, death, or marriage certificates. Only the Division of Vital Records/Statistics may perform such a certification. If you are interested in utilizing this service, please call 703-542-6263, or email to schedule an appointment.

Comedy Night - On Saturday, March 3rd, come out for a hilarious night of adult comedy featuring up-and-coming comedians from NYC and DC. Two shows at 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM. $25 per person and includes the tasty popcorn/candy bar. Get your tickets here

Brambleton House Hop (aka Roving Dinner) - Come to this annual progressive dinner/scavenger hunt on Saturday, March 10th! This is the perfect way to meet new people in the neighborhood while having a blast! There are 4 courses total, 3 at residents’ homes, and then we end the night at the Corner Clubhouse for desserts, a DJ, and dancing! EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace - We are excited to announce that we have partnered with EatLoCo to launch the EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace! Opening April 1st, 2018, this marketplace will include and promote local farmers and artisans. The marketplace will be located at Legacy Park and Olympia Dr, and it will be open year-round on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Rock Ridge Broadway Desserts - Rock Ridge High School’s Choral Department presents its 4th Annual Broadway Desserts event on Saturday, February 17th at 7:00 PM in the school cafeteria. The event includes unlimited desserts and Broadway show tunes performed by choral students. Advance tickets are $10 when purchased online at Student tickets are $5, and tickets sold at the door are $12. All proceeds benefit the Rock Ridge High School Chorus.

Comprehensive Lot Inspections Starting Friday, February 16th - The Community Standards Advisors will be conducting comprehensive inspections for Section 9. Included in these inspections is confirmation that proper documentation for all modifications, such as an approved application, is on file with the Association. All inspections are performed by BCA staff. Staff does not enter fenced yards or access decks during these inspections. In accordance with the Association’s enforcement policies, notice will be sent to provide time to correct items noted to be in violation of Brambleton’s governing documents or policies. Exterior Lighting Inspections Underway - In Brambleton, residents are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of exterior lighting fixtures which are designed to operate automatically. BCA staff conducts quarterly inspections of proper operation of carriage lights, garage lights, and builder-installed landscape lights, which should operate from dawn until dusk. These inspections began in mid-February. More information on maintaining the functioning of exterior lights can be found on our website. Please contact with any questions.

LCSO Dulles South Station Holds Quarterly Meetings - Station command will host a public meeting to review recent activity in the Dulles South Area on Thursday, February 15th starting at 7:00 PM at 25216 Loudoun County Parkway, Chantilly, VA 20152. This open meeting will offer discussion and review of significant events in the station area, crime trends, and services offered by the station.

Loudoun County Pkwy/Route 50 Weekend Closures in February and March - According to VDOT, Segments of Loudoun County Parkway (Route 606) and Route 50 will have full closures in both directions during several weekends in February and March in order to allow Dominion Energy crews to place wire on new electric transmission structures. There will be up to two such closures per day lasting up to 15 minutes each. The closures will occur according to the following schedule, weather permitting:

Loudoun County Pkwy closures (Rt 50 to Dulles West Blvd):
  • Saturday, February 10, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, February 17, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, February 24, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, February 11, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, February 18, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. 
  • Sunday, February 25, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Route 50 closures (Poland Rd to Tall Cedars Pkwy):
  • Saturday, March 3, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, March 10, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturday, March 17, between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, March 4, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, March 11, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, March 18, between 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Drivers should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes.
