BCA Office Closed for President's Day - The BCA Management Office will close today at 5:00 PM and remain closed through Monday, February 19th in observance of President's Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, February 20th at 9:00 AM.

Have Unused Medication to Dispose Of? - Through our partnership with the Loudoun County Health Department, we are now able to provide Medication Disposal System bags as a resource for our residents to conveniently dispose of any leftover medications in a simple 3-step process. Just add water, seal, and toss in the trash. If you would like a bag, please come by the BCA Management Office during normal business hours to pick one up. You may also find resources for proper disposal of unused medications here.


Winchester Homes’ Bus Tour - For the next 3 weekends, Winchester Homes invites interested Birchwood buyers on a Bus Tour to Two Rivers in Odenton, MD to view their Patuxent and Fairwinds model homes. Space is limited, RSVP required. Contact Mary Dixon for details at or 703-939-1263.

Comedy Night - On Saturday, March 3rd, come out for a hilarious night of adult comedy featuring up-and-coming comedians from NYC and DC. Two shows at 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM. $25 per person and includes the tasty popcorn/candy bar. Get your tickets here

Brambleton House Hop (aka Roving Dinner) - Come to this annual progressive dinner/scavenger hunt on Saturday, March 10th! This is the perfect way to meet new people in the neighborhood while having a blast! There are 4 courses total, 3 at residents’ homes, and then we end the night at the Corner Clubhouse for desserts, a DJ, and dancing! EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace - We are excited to announce that we have partnered with EatLoCo to launch the EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace! Opening April 1st, 2018, this marketplace will include and promote local farmers and artisans. The marketplace will be located at Legacy Park and Olympia Dr, and it will be open year-round on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Rock Ridge Broadway Desserts - Rock Ridge High School’s Choral Department presents its 4th Annual Broadway Desserts event on Saturday, February 17th at 7:00 PM in the school cafeteria. The event includes unlimited desserts and Broadway show tunes performed by choral students. Advance tickets are $10 when purchased online at Student tickets are $5, and tickets sold at the door are $12. All proceeds benefit the Rock Ridge High School Chorus.


Gutter Extension Reminder HOA approval is required for all downspout extensions, which must be buried in such a manner to adequately manage runoff and not impact the drainage on adjoining properties and open spaces, including Common Areas. All drainage must terminate within your property line. Above-ground extensions of downspouts are not permitted. More information regarding Brambleton Design Guidelines can be found here. Pick Up Your Pet Waste - Please be a good pet owner and pick up and dispose of your pet’s waste. It is unsightly, unsanitary, and harmful to the environment to allow the waste to remain. To report general animal-related complaints online to Loudoun County, including pet waste removal, click here. In addition, Loudoun County Animal Control can be reached at 703-777-0406. For emergency complaints after hours, please contact the Sheriff’s Department at 703-777-1021. If you have any questions regarding Brambleton’s pet waste guidelines, please review our Pet Policy, email, or call 703-542-6263.


AhSo Restaurant - AhSo is a great new addition to the Brambleton Town Center, and it’s already being claimed as one of LoCo's "best" restaurants by a top DC food critic! Have you been yet? Their 5-course Valentine's tasting menu runs through this weekend!

Blue Ridge Grill - BRG’s Crabcake and Half-Price Wine Bottle Nights are back! Enjoy a crab cake entrée for only $17, or add a crab cake to a steak dinner for $6. Mondays and Tuesdays after 4:00 PM through Tuesday, March 20th.


Vet Center Community Access Center - The Martinsburg Vet Center and Loudoun County Government announce the opening of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Vet Center Community Access Center in Loudoun County. The facility is located at 751 Miller Drive, S.E., Suite E, in Leesburg. It provides mental health services to veterans, active duty military personnel and their families. Lane Closures at Belmont Ridge Rd & Northstar Blvd - Short-term lane closures are planned to occur from Monday, February 19th to Friday, February 23rd between the hours of 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM to accommodate construction activities related to the new traffic signal at this intersection. Loudoun County Pkwy/Route 50 Weekend Closures in February and March - According to VDOT, Segments of Loudoun County Parkway (Route 606) and Route 50 will have full closures in both directions during several weekends in February and March in order to allow Dominion Energy crews to place wire on new electric transmission structures. There will be up to two such closures per day lasting up to 15 minutes each. The closures will occur according to the following schedule, weather permitting:

Loudoun County Pkwy closures (Rt 50 to Dulles West Blvd):
  • Saturdays, February 17 & 24, between 7 AM and 9:30 AM
  • Sundays, February 18 & 25, between 7 AM and 10:30 AM 
Route 50 closures (Poland Rd to Tall Cedars Pkwy):
  • Saturdays, March 3, 10 & 17, between 7 AM and 9:30 AM
  • Sundays, March 4, 11 & 18, between 7 AM and 10:30 AM
Drivers should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes.


Emergency Home Repair and Accessibility Grant Program - The Loudoun County Home Repair Program for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities will assist qualified homeowners with incomes at/or below 50% of the Area Median Income with emergency repairs and accessibility items. Repairs and/or accessibility items will be funded by a one-time grant of up to $5,000. Visit the EHRA page for more information.

Loudoun County Home Improvement Program - The Loudoun County Home Improvement Program will assist low and moderate income homeowners to renovate their home. The program will improve homes by remedying health hazards, building code violations, and addressing accessibility needs and other conditions.
