Brambleton Update

Post Wind Storm Cleanup 

BCA’s in-house crew and contractors continue cleanup activities from the wind storm on Friday.  Work to clear downed trees and trash from Common Areas has been underway throughout the weekend.    
Community wide inspections reveal widespread debris and damage on residential properties.  Residents are encouraged to take the following actions:
Damaged Roofs – Be sure to inspect your roof for damage.  Take action to prevent further damage to you home from pending precipitation. 
Collection and Disposal of Blown Shingles - Please retrieve and remove all shingles from your property, adjacent common areas, and streets.  Retrieved loose shingles should be placed in trash containers/toters for collection by Republic on scheduled trash days.  Republic will not collect shingles piled and placed curbside on the ground.   
Downed Branches on Private Property – Please retrieve and dispose of branches according to yard debris set out requirements.  Republic will collect yard debris on Tuesdays as scheduled. 
Lost, loose, and unclaimed waste containers – If your waste container(s) have gone missing, please check in the vicinity of your home.  If you find unclaimed containers, please place at the nearest community mailbox or common space.  BCA crews will begin to remove unclaimed containers on Wednesday & Thursday of this week.
