Development Activity Update
Blasting in Brambleton - As a developing community, construction activities are occurring throughout Brambleton on a daily basis. We have received notice that blasting is scheduled to take place over the next several weeks near the intersection of Northstar Blvd. and Creighton Rd. Crews typically prepare the site for blast in the morning or early afternoon hours and will typically perform the blast mid-afternoon. Prior to each blast, two warning horns will sound and then a single horn will sound as an "all clear" after the blasting. See this document for more information.
Bond Release Work - This work will begin, or continue, in the sections noted below. The type of work to be done may include asphalt repair; concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work of this nature typically begins in the early morning and is completed by the early afternoon. All work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled based upon weather or other unforeseen conditions. See the site map for the location of each section. For the week of 5/25-5/29, the following activity is planned:
- Section 15 - Bond Release activity
