Crews typically prepare the site for blast in the morning or early afternoon hours and will typically perform the blast mid-afternoon. Prior to each blast, two warning horns will sound and then a single horn will sound as an "all clear" after the blasting. See this document for more information.

The type of work to be done may include asphalt repair; concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work of this nature typically begins in the early morning and is completed by the early afternoon. All work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled based upon weather or other unforeseen conditions. See the site map for the location of each section. For the week of 6/1 - 6/5, the following activity is planned:

Just So You Know… You Have To Mow! - The experts say that you should not let the grass grow more than four inches high and then only mow ¼ of the height. It is best to take one inch off, using a mulching blade to put that one inch back onto the lawn. That top one inch has the most nutrients and will aid in growing healthy grass. In Brambleton, grass cannot exceed six inches in height. When it gets too long, you need to bag the grass and not mulch it, as it will leave clumps, not to mention, will be very heavy and unhealthy for the lawn beneath. During the growing season, it may be necessary to mow every five-seven days. Therefore, when traveling for an extended time, alternative arrangements are necessary to attend to your lawn in your absence. Brambleton’s Covenants Advisors conduct proactive weekly inspections to monitor for compliance with Brambleton’s Property Maintenance Standards. If you have questions or need more information regarding requirements or to report a concern, please contact the Covenants Team.
Modification Review - The next meeting for review is on Monday, June 8th. Please have your applications in for review by June 3th prior to the meeting. Please send an email to Design Review with any questions.
