Ribbon Run Traffic - The Step Sisters’ Ribbon Run will take place at the Brambleton Town Center from 7:30 AM to 10 AM on Saturday, April 21st. Please be advised that during this time, the southbound lane of Olympia Dr between BTC and Creighton Rd will be impacted along with some trails south of Creighton Rd. Police will be stationed along the route to guide traffic in areas of significant impact, but traffic may be slowed to allow runners to pass so please plan accordingly. Loudoun County Transit Advisory Board (TAB) to Hold Meeting in Brambleton - TAB is seeking resident comments and concerns regarding the Metro Connect and County Long Haul Commuter services. They will be meeting on Tuesday, April 24th from 7 PM to 8:30 PM at the Brambleton Community Center. Save the date and attend the meeting if you make use of the services and want to share your thoughts with the Transit Board.
Loudoun Hunger Relief Food Collection - In partnership with Ashburn Cares, BCA is collecting food for Loudoun Hunger Relief. Ashburn Cares is a volunteer organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity in Loudoun County. Loudoun Hunger Relief provides food and assistance to families in need in Loudoun County. Non-perishable food donations are currently being accepted in the collection box at the Brambleton Welcome Center (42395 Ryan Rd) until Sunday, May 6th. Thinking of Installing an Irrigation System? - Irrigation systems require approval by the Covenants Committee. Submission requirements include a copy of the recorded plat showing the location of the irrigation heads. When installing irrigation systems, please be aware that the front property lines of most lots do not extend to the public street and are typically located a few feet behind the curb and gutter or public sidewalk.
