BCA Bus Tour - Join us on Saturday, June 16th from 9 AM to 10:30 AM for a guided bus tour of everything that Brambleton has to offer! Learn about the history, services, and activities of Brambleton as we traverse the community. A maximum of 24 people can participate, and a minimum of 4 people are required for the tour to take place. Click here to sign up.

Brambleton Pools - Brambleton's pools are now open! Find all of the pool information you need, including pool hours and pool pass registration details, at You can also subscribe to the “Pools” list on our Notify Me page for notifications on unplanned pool closures lasting longer than 1 hour. If you have pool-related questions, please contact or 703-542-6263.

VDOT Street Maintenance - VDOT is actively filling cracks on Brambleton streets in preparation for the future application of slurry seal. Specific dates are not available at this time, but “No Parking” signs with precise dates will be posted at least three business days prior to work starting. Work will take place in the Legacy neighborhoods around the Community Center and “Acorn” Park. Click here for more information from VDOT, including a map of Brambleton streets affected by this work.


Paving Notice: Section 33 - The Developer will begin final paving on streets within Section 33 on Monday, June 11th. No on-street parking will be permitted between 7 AM and 5 PM. Access to driveways and streets will be impacted. Residents can park in the pool lot on days that their street is impacted. The paving schedule (subject to change) is as follows:

  • Monday, June 11th - Ashwood Moss, Provincial, White Castle, Lingmont, Riggins Ridge, Cameron Glen
  • Tuesday, June 12th - Adagio (south of Epperson), Safe Harbor, Twilight Glow, Soft Breeze, Hampton Woods (west of Adagio), Healing Garden (west of Adagio)
  • Wednesday, June 13th - Adagio (north of Epperson), Marble Canyon, Nantucket Fog, Healing Garden (east of Adagio), Hampton Woods (east of Adagio), Knotty Oak, Hill Gate
  • Thursday, June 14th - Epperson

Bond Release Activity - Bond release work is currently being performed in Section 27. This section is experiencing concrete break and replacement work; this may impact ingress and egress of driveways. Residents will be notified by the developers contractor if they are affected by this work.

New Construction Activity in Birchwood
 - Clearing activity is underway and will continue for approximately the next two months. Once this phase is complete, blasting operations will begin. Prior to blasting work, pre-blasting survey opportunity notices will be provided as required by the county.


Children’s Storytime - The last Storytime in Brambleton for the summer will take place on Tuesday, June 12th at 10 AM at the Community Center. Storytime will resume at the Community Center on Tuesday, August 28th at 10 AM and will remain there until the Brambleton Library opens in the fall. 

Summer Kick-Off - Start the summer off right at this year's Summer Kick-Off! Join us on June 15th from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Brambleton Corner Pool for music, games, contests, and more! Pool passes are required.

Teen Pool Party - Following our Summer Kick-Off event on June 15th, kids 6th grade and up are invited to stay at the Corner Pool for a Teen Pool Party! The pool will stay open until 11 PM, and pizza and beverages will be provided.

FIT4MOM Summer Program - Meet at Legacy Park for a free FIT4MOM Stroller Strides + Stroller Barre open house on Wednesday, June 20th at 8:45 AM. You'll have a chance to meet other moms and enjoy free coffee and refreshments after class. There will also be summer activities for your little ones along with prize giveaways! Click here for more information and to sign up.

Teen Summer Service Days - Teens will visit Boulder Crest Retreat on Thursday, June 21st from 10 AM to 2 PM to perform community service work on the grounds. Click here to sign up and find more information.

Red White & BRAM - This year’s Red White & BRAM Tailgate Party will take place on Saturday, June 30th from 6 PM to 10 PM. The festival will include backyard games, live music, and a laser light show! Visit the event page for more details, including tailgating information.

Safe Sitter Course - We are hosting a Safe Sitter course on Saturday, July 14th from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Brambleton Community Center. This course is sponsored by beat4LifeCPR. RSVP at to reserve your spot. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Brambleton Soccer Camp - The Brambleton Soccer Camp hosts four camps in June and July. They strive to help players improve their skills and knowledge of the world’s favorite game. Visit their website for more information and to register.

Live Music at the EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace - Come to the corner of Legacy Park and Olympia Dr every Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM to support local farmer and artisan vendors. Enjoy great produce, pastries, meats, jewelry, soaps, and more! Food Truck Rally - EatLoCo is bringing their new Food Truck Rally to Brambleton! Starting on Thursday, June 21st, this rally will take place every other Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM. Birding Banshee - Whether you’re a beginning birder or an expert, you’ll be dazzled by the many bird species you’ll find at the Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve. Join Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and the Friends of Banshee Reeks on Saturday, June 9th from 8 AM to 11 AM for the monthly bird walk at this birding hot spot. Bring binoculars if you have them.


Comprehensive Lot Inspections Starting Monday, June 24th - Community Standards Advisors will be conducting comprehensive inspections in Sections 22 and Brandt, with ongoing inspections continuing in Section 14. Included in these inspections is confirmation that proper documentation for all modifications is on file with the Association. All inspections are performed by BCA staff. Staff does not enter fenced yards or access decks during these inspections. In accordance with the Association’s enforcement policies, notice will be sent to provide time to correct items noted to be in violation of Brambleton’s governing documents or policies. Van Metre Summer Savings & Food Truck Tour - Van Metre’s Summer Savings Celebration continues through June with limited time incentives and a food truck tour at three of their Brambleton communities. Enjoy food trucks at model home sales centers on select Saturdays in June, beginning this Saturday, June 9th at Birchwood.

Dinosaurs Rock Brambleton - Celebrate the opening of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom with a family-friendly dinosaur museum experience on Friday, June 22nd from 2 PM to 4 PM outside of Fox Cinemas. Visit the Dinosaurs Rock exhibit for life-size and genuine dinosaur fossils, hands-on activities (like a fossil dig), raffles, and more!

Parking Updates in the Brambleton Town Center - Effective Sunday, July 1st, 15 minute parking only signs will be installed along the retail side of Brambleton Plaza. This will allow quick access for visitors and tenants at the store fronts.

Summer in the Reeks Festival - Come celebrate the great outdoors on Saturday, June 16th at the Summer in the Reeks Festival at Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve in Leesburg! Crime Prevention Security Survey - A Crime Prevention Security Survey is a free visual and physical inspection conducted by a Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office deputy sheriff to evaluate your property from a crime prevention and security viewpoint. The deputy will make recommendations on reducing your chances of becoming a victim of crime. Some items that the deputy may focus on include alarm systems, door locks, and security of yard items.
