Design Review - The next meeting for Design Review will be on July 13, 2015. Applications can be submitted via email to To have your application reviewed for accuracy and completion prior to the meeting, please submit your application to the Association by Wednesday July 8, 2015. If you have any questions regarding the design review process or guidelines, please visit the website or contact Elizabeth Stulga at, or call 703-542-6263.

Highlight on Design Guidelines - One modification that residents like to construct after moving into their new home is fencing. Fencing guidelines vary for single family attached homes, single family detached homes, by section, by builder, and by lot location. Please review to the specific guidelines for the details.
Growing vegetable gardens is also a popular idea at this time of year.  Approval is not required for vegetable gardens in the rear of the home when the border does not exceed 24” in height and the garden does not exceed 50 square feet; gardens that do not meet these guidelines do require review and approval from the Covenants Committee prior to installation. Please note the specific guidelines for fencing around vegetable gardens.
If you have any questions or would like to submit an application, please email, or contact Elizabeth Stulga at 703-542-6263.

Is it Legal for Residents to Use Fireworks in Brambleton? - Certain fireworks are permitted; however, for more information please see this page of the Loudoun County website regarding fireworks.  Please note that in Loudoun County, any firework that explodes, rises into the air, moves across the ground, or shoots projectiles into the air is illegal to possess in Virginia. These devices include firecrackers, roman candles, pop bottle rockets, as well as shell devices used at public displays. Although it is fairly easy to obtain these items by going across state lines, possession and use of these devices is a Class 1 Misdemeanor in Virginia. Depending on the classification of the device, federal explosives charges could also be imposed for interstate transport. The Fire Marshal's Office recommends that only fireworks sold at retail stands in Loudoun County be used. They may not be used on public property, including streets and roads. These fireworks have been tested to ensure they are suitable for consumers and are on an approved list maintained by the Fire Marshal's Office.

Fireworks Safety - To report an emergency, please call 911.  For non-emergency concerns related to the use or storage of fireworks, contact the Loudoun County Fire Marshal at 703-737-8600.
