Development Activity Update - Brambleton’s developer has advised our office that bond release construction work will begin, or continue, in the sections noted below. The type of work to be done may include asphalt repair; concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work of this nature typically begins in the early morning and is completed by the early afternoon. All work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled based upon weather or other unforeseen conditions. See the site map for the location of each section. In addition to the ongoing work on Northstar Blvd. and development in the community, for the week beginning 7/13/15, the following activity is planned:
Section 15 - Bond release activity
Section 19 - Pond work
Northstar Blvd. - See details above
Our office works closely with the Developer’s office to include information in the Friday Flash; however, with the unpredictable pace of these activities, it is not always possible. We do serve as the liaison to the Developer’s office, so if you have questions, contact us via email or submit a request on our website.

Pet Waste Removal - Please be a considerate neighbor and pick up and dispose of your pet’s waste. There are several pet waste stations located throughout Brambleton that contain waste bags and a trash can. Removal and disposal is part of our Pet Policy as well as a Loudoun County Ordinance, whether on your own property or in a common area. It is unsightly, unsanitary, and harmful to the environment to allow the waste to remain. More information can be found here.
Landscape Border Guidelines - The design guidelines for landscape borders was revised by the Covenants Committee in December 2014. Landscape borders no longer require an application before installing; however, they are only in compliance if using approved materials. More information for allowable options can be found here.

– A common modification in the spring and summer is the construction of a deck to your residence. Decks are a great way to enjoy the outside during the warm months. There are specific guidelines for decks
that vary by section, single family detached homes, and single family attached homes. There are also specific guidelines for privacy and undercroft screening. It’s always a good idea to review the guidelines prior to getting contracting estimates so you know if there are any restrictions.
If you have any questions or would like to submit an application, please email email@example.com
