Specific requirements and duties for Board Members can be found in the Association’s governing documents available here. For a nominating petition and the election timeline, please visit our election page or download the petition directly here. If you have questions pertaining to the open board positions or the election itself, please contact General Manager, Rick Stone: email@example.com.

Belmont Trace Black Rail Fence - The fence parallel to Belmont Ridge Rd near Nickens Pl and Franklin Benjamin Ter (south of Creighton Rd) is in poor shape. Typically, BCA would replace a site amenity such as this; however, the fence has deteriorated rapidly due to the adjacent irrigation system, and it is uncharacteristic of Brambleton’s roadscapes and berms. Therefore, BCA is considering removing the fence instead of replacing it. This item will be on the Grounds & Facilities Committee’s agenda at their meeting on Tuesday, October 9th. Please email any questions, concerns, or support to email@example.com.
