Brambleton Kids Care Turkey Trail Trot & Food Drive - Join us for the Brambleton Kids Care Turkey Trail Trot & Food Drive on Thursday, November 22nd at 9 AM! Meet at the Corner Clubhouse for the 2-ish mile walk/jog/run on the trails. There is no fee to participate; however, we ask that you bring canned donations to benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief. BCA Thanksgiving Office Hours - The BCA Management Office will close at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 21st for the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will reopen at 9 AM on Monday, November 26th. Any common area emergencies can be reported to 703-385-1133 during this time.

Thanksgiving Weekend Trash & Recycling - Republic Services will be performing collection on a normal schedule on Friday, November 23rd. Waste containers are to be placed curbside no later than 7 AM for service.

BCA Partners with Ring - The Ring Neighbors App offers residents the ability to share safety and security-related information directly with their neighbors. The App does not require purchase of Ring equipment and is open to anyone to download from the App Store or Google Play. Content is moderated by Ring and focused on safety information. BCA has also joined the RingMaster program which offers residents exclusive discounts on Ring products. The program requires that residents opt in and make their purchase through a unique link; email “Invite Me” to for the link to access this exclusive offer. Special Digital Publication: Thankful, Grateful, Giving - We are excited to share our special digital publication, “Thankful, Grateful, Giving”, which highlights the countless ways that Brambleton has given back to the community in 2018, shares information about our Bram Gives Back giving programs, and more! 2019 Budget & Assessment Mailing - The 2019 Budget & Assessment Mailing has been mailed and includes the 2019 Budget summary and the 2019 Assessment rates and payment options information. The new assessment rates will be effective 1/1/2019. After your December assessment payment, please take a moment to review and adjust your payments to align with the new assessment rates. Contact if you have questions or need more information regarding the various payment options available.


Ryan Rd West of Northstar Blvd - The Developer will begin clearing and construction activities to widen Ryan Rd between Northstar Blvd and Beaverdam Dr. This project may take up to 3 years due to the relocation of numerous utilities.

Evergreen Mills Rd and Shreveport Dr The Developer will start construction of the new intersection at Evergreen Mills Rd and Shreveport Dr. This new configuration will relocate Evergreen Mills traffic onto Shreveport through Brambleton. Evergreen Mills will be closed to northbound thru-traffic at Belmont Ridge Rd. Construction should be completed by early 2019. This work is being completed in accordance with the Countywide Transportation Plan.



Santa’s Holiday Tour - Santa and the Arcola Volunteer Fire Department will be making their way through Brambleton on Sunday, December 2nd to wish you Happy Holidays and to collect items for needy families in Loudoun County. A map of stop locations and more information can be found here.

  • The Arcola VFD has made significant changes to this year's Santa’s Holiday Tour route in an effort to improve safety. Per Arcola VFD, no parades will travel on multi-lane divided roads or roads with speed limits in excess of 35 mph. Crossing these streets along the route is permitted but will be minimized. Arcola VFD is also eliminating any route over speed bumps. Salvation Army Angel Tree - Help make a child's holiday wishes come true this year by participating in the Salvation Army Angel Program! The Angel Tree is located inside the Brambleton Welcome Center and adorned with tags that have holiday wishes and needs from local children. Please take a tag, purchase what you can, and return the gifts unwrapped to the Welcome Center by 5 PM on Tuesday, December 4th. If you have questions, please contact

Kids Craft for INOVA Children’s Hospital - Brambleton Community Association will be collecting No-Sew Blankets to be donated to INOVA Children's Hospital. You and your family can make blankets for a child and drop them off at the BCA office by Monday, December 31st. Click here for instructions and more details.

Cards for Soldiers BCA is collecting Cards for Soldiers that will be donated to our local military facilities through the American Red Cross. Please donate blank, stamped cards that represent all holidays (Birthday, Thank You, Congratulations, etc.) as well as blank cards. You can drop your donation in the North Pole Mailbox in the Welcome Center (42395 Ryan Rd, Suite 100) until Monday, December 31st. Instructions and more details can be found here.


Winter Wonderland - Come out with the whole family for Winter Wonderland on Sunday, December 2nd from 12 to 4 PM at the Brambleton Town Center! Enjoy free hot chocolate and cookies, take pictures with Santa, and listen to great music performances! Visit for more information.


Holiday Sip & Craft - Join us for Holiday Sip & Craft on Friday, November 30th at 6:30 PM at the Brambleton Community Center! Drama Kids Winter Break Camp - Drama Kids is holding a Winter Break Camp on December 26-28 at the Corner Clubhouse! Activities include improvisation, theater games, performances, and more. Open to ages 5-11. Half and full day sessions are available. Click here for more information and to register.

Birding the Blue Ridge Center - On Saturday, November 24th, join the Loudoun Wildlife Conservatory for a walk through the Blue Ridge Center for Environmental Stewardship at 8 AM. With its diverse wildlife habitats, this beautiful preserve draws a wide variety of birds and other creatures. Bring binoculars if you have them! Click here for more information.


Bag Those Leaves! - Brambleton residents are reminded to keep grass clippings and leaves out of streets, storm drains, and common areas. Blowing leaves and other yard debris into the street, sidewalk, or storm drainage system is a violation of community standards and stormwater ordinances. Grass clippings, leaves, and other lawn debris can clog storm drains, resulting in street and private property flooding. Also, leaves blown into the street can create a slippery and dangerous surface for traveling motorcyclists and bicyclists. When finished mowing, be sure to use a blower, broom, or rake to clean up any leaves or debris that have inadvertently made their way into the street, sidewalk, or storm drain.

Manage Your Trash - We would like to share a friendly reminder to not leave your trash cans out for days on end. Trash containers and recycling bins can be placed at the curb no earlier than 6 PM on the evening before the scheduled pickup day. All containers should be removed following the pickup on the same day of the scheduled trash removal. Additional information can be found on our website here. Brambleton Library Opening & Library Card Registration - Get ready for the Grand Opening of the Brambleton Library on Saturday, December 1st by signing up early for a library card! Loudoun Library representatives will be onsite at the Brambleton Library hosting pre-opening library card registrations on November 26 & 27 from 1 to 8 PM. You can also register at and pick up your card within 30 days.

LCSO 2018 Holiday Toy Drive - The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance to help make this holiday season bright for Loudoun children by donating to LCSO’s Holiday Toy Drive and Fill-The-Box Campaign! Community members can donate new, unwrapped toys for children ages infant to teen. Donations will be accepted until Thursday, December 13th, and they can be dropped off at any LCSO Station, M-F from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Click here for more information.
