2019 Assessment Update
2019 Assessment Payment Coupons Have Been Sent via US Mail to All Owners - Beginning on January 1st, 2019, the recently adopted 2019 Assessment Rates will be in effect.
A Variety of Payment Options are Available - Owners are encouraged to choose the method that works best for them.
Please Update Your Records – The Payment Remittance Address Has Been Changed - Effective immediately, please use the new payment address of:

Payments submitted to the old address will be forwarded to the new address during a transition period in 2019.
Assessment Payments Are Due on the First Day of Each Month - Residents are encouraged to align their payments with the due date of the 1st of each month to avoid incurring late or other collection-related charges. It is important to note that electronic payments can take days to process. The date notifying that funds have been withdrawn does not correlate with the date that funds are received and applied to the assessment account. Payments submitted by mail are received directly at the bank lock box and are processed twice each day. Delays in processing are due to the US Mail and should be taken into consideration when mailing payments.
